3 Drink more water

Feeling thirsty isn’t the only way your body tells you it needs water. Headaches, dizziness and fatigue are also signs of dehydration. So an easy way to keep your energy levels steady is to make sure you drink up throughout the day – and we mean water, not tea, coffee or fizzy drinks. If you’re not all that keen on the taste of plain water, try keeping a jug on your desk and add fruit slices, a handful of berries, or lemon and mint.
